1. Commitment
KELVADO, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA (Sociedad Unipersonal) wants Kelbado to be usable by as many people as possible, whatever their abilities or assistive technology. This statement responds to Spanish Law 11/2023 and Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act), which applies to e-commerce services from 28 June 2025.
2. Conformance status
The platform is partially conformant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. "Partially conformant" means some parts of the content do not fully conform; these are listed below.
Measures already in place:
- full keyboard navigation across the dashboard, the editor and the course player, with a visible focus order;
- "skip to content" links and semantic landmarks on the main pages;
- automated accessibility checks built into the development process, blocking changes with detectable issues;
- colour contrast reviewed across the interface and the slide templates;
- quizzes, interactive games and player controls operable without a mouse;
- support for right-to-left scripts.
3. Non-accessible content and exceptions
- Customer-created content. Courses, images and documents uploaded by our customers are under their control: the platform asks for alternative text and warns when it is missing, but it cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party material.
- Imported SCORM packages. Packages built with external tools keep their own markup, which we cannot correct.
- Screen-reader review in progress. A full VoiceOver and NVDA review of the more complex visual editors (block editor and presentation editor) is still pending; labels may be incomplete in those modules.
- Embedded third-party video. Captions depend on the source platform.
4. Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 12 September 2026 by self-assessment carried out by KELVADO, S.L.U., supported by automated testing and manual keyboard and contrast review. It will be reviewed at least annually and whenever substantial interface changes ship.
5. Feedback and contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, write to support@kelbado.eu stating the page and the problem. We respond within a maximum of twenty (20) business days.
If you receive no reply or are not satisfied with it, you may file a complaint with the competent accessibility authority under the procedure laid down in the applicable legislation.
